2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or unsealed, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received an incorrect item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (unless faulty)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used sanitary products
  • Items with broken hygiene seals
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless faulty)

4. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging

We will offer:

8. Cancellations
